Welcome to ClientFusionX. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By using ClientFusionX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of the Platform
ClientFusionX provides tools for client management, invoicing, and business administration. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Share login credentials or misuse the platform in ways that could harm our services or other users.
2. Account Registration
To use ClientFusionX, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
- ClientFusionX offers subscription-based plans. Details, pricing, and features for each plan are available on our website.
- All payments and billing are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all customer billing, payment processing, invoicing, taxes (including VAT), fraud protection, and chargeback management on our behalf
- You will receive a receipt from Paddle upon each successful transaction. You can manage your subscription, update billing info, or cancel your plan via the Paddle customer portal, accessible through the receipt email or your business portal.
- We reserve the right to update pricing or subscription features with prior notice. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for new purchases, in line with Paddle’s consumer cancellation rights.
4. Data & Privacy
By using ClientFusionX, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep our platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and functionality of ClientFusionX are the property of ClientFusionX and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClientFusionX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your subscription during the last 3 months.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
